Standard Shipping

Delivery is Monday to Friday and orders are shipped daily.
Orders are packaged up and dispatched within one day from when your order is placed online with us and sent to you via Australia Post's Regular Post (for parcels) option.

Express Shipping

Delivery is Monday to Friday and orders are shipped daily.
Orders are packaged up and dispatched within one day from when your order is placed online with us and sent to you via Australia Post's Express Post (for parcels) option.

Click + Collect

We also offer a click and collect service. Order online and we will have your order ready for you to collect within a few hours. To use this collection method, orders need to be placed before 10:00am and collected no later than 4:00pm on the same day. Minimum order turnaround is 2 hours from placing and paying for your order. We do not offer this service on weekends.

Shipping and Delivery FAQs

How do you deliver my online purchases?

Australia Post’s will deliver your parcel.

During this current COVID-19 situation Australia Post have advised that this is their delivery process and no changes can be made; 

‘To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, all parcels – be it at a post office or at a residence – will no longer require a signature for delivery or collection. In all cases, whether a driver or postie delivers to the door or a customer goes in to their local Post Office to collect a parcel, an Australia Post staff member will ask and record the customer’s name and delivery on the handheld device. The customer will still need to be present for this to occur, but contact will be minimised by either leaving the parcel at the door until the driver or postie has left the premises or left for the customer to pick up on the counter.’

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

When your parcel has been dispatched you’ll receive an email that includes a unique tracking code so you can find out where your parcel is at any time!

From dispatch, the estimated metro delivery times are:

  • Standard delivery – 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends)
    Please note standard delivery time to WA is 4 – 6 days (excluding weekends)
  • Express delivery – 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends)
    Please note Express delivery to WA postcodes other than 6000 – 6005 is 3 – 4 days (excluding weekends)

Please note:

  • Orders submitted from Friday afternoon to Sunday evening will not be processed until the next working day.
  • Delivery times may be longer than normal for orders placed during seasonal events and public holidays such as Easter and Christmas. Please allow extra time for delivery during these peak periods.
  • Orders may be affected by Covid-19 border restrictions and lockdown in your state. Please note that this is out of our control, however we will do everything we can to ensure your order is processed on our end without delay.
  • Delivery may take a little longer to rural areas, so it’s best to order early.
  • Delivery times do not include day of dispatch.

 

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

As soon as your order is shipped you’ll receive an email to notify you that it’s on its way. It will include your unique eParcel tracking number.

 

What are dangerous goods and how are they delivered?

Dangerous goods (DGs) are items that can cause problems during transportation, i.e. explosive, flammable or corrosive. Safety regulations prohibit many DGs from being shipped by air. Bella Brazilian does not offer Express Delivery for parcels containing DGs as they may be air transported, however we can deliver them by Standard Delivery.

 

What happens if I have put the wrong delivery address on my online order?

If your order isn’t deliverable, it will be sent back to us by Australia Post and we will refund the cost of the products you ordered less the shipping and handling fee. You may then chose to place another order with us being careful to ensure your delivery address is correct. Bella Brazilian does not accept responsibility for parcels delivered to incorrectly addressed orders.

 

What if I am not at home when my order is delivered? Can anyone accept my delivery?

Anyone who is present at the time of delivery can accept your parcel. If no one is available, Australia Post will leave written instructions on how you can collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.

If you do not pick up your parcel in the required time; as stated on the card from Australia Post, your parcel will be sent back to us by Australia Post and we will refund the cost of the products you ordered less the shipping and handling fee. You may then chose to place another order with us.

 

What should I do if my parcel does not arrive?

You will be sent a parcel tracking code when your order is confirmed.

You can check the status of your delivery via eParcel here or call Australia Post directly on 13 11 18 and quote your tracking number.

 

Can I send a single order to more than one address?

No, we only accept one Australian delivery address per online order. If you need to send products to more than one delivery address you’ll need to place separate orders for each delivery address.

 

Can I specify special delivery instructions and choose a delivery time?

Unfortunately you cannot specify special delivery instructions or nominate times at this stage. However, you are able to send your order to an alternative Australian shipping address. This is handy if you are sending your purchase as a gift or if you are wanting your order sent to your work address.

 

Do you deliver to my area?

Australia Post delivers to most areas in Australia; however the following post codes are not covered by Australia Post services:

Do you deliver internationally?

Sorry no. At this stage we only deliver to addresses within Australia.

Ordering via Click & Collect

How Does Click & Collect work?

Click & Collect is the perfect last minute shopping option, allowing you the convenience of shopping online without the shipping costs, and you can collect in store within 2 trading hours. And If you can’t come in straight away, your Click & Collect order will be held for up to 14 days.

Here’s how simple it is to shop via Click & Collect:

  1. Visit our website and begin shopping
  2. Shop by brand or category, and simply add products to your cart
  3. Select Click & Collect as your delivery method
  4. Relax and wait to be notified when your order is ready for collection!

When can I pick up my items?

We want to get you your order as quickly as possible, so generally your order will be ready within 2 trading hours. We will send you a collection email or SMS when your order is ready.

When will I know I can pick up my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email, phone call or SMS advising that your order is ready for collection.
