Gift Voucher Policy
Bella Brazilian Gift Vouchers:
- can only be redeemed at Bella Brazilian
- are only valid when cleared against our Voucher Number Registry
- are not redeemable for cash
- are valid for 6 months from date of purchase
- must be surrendered to us at the time redemption
- must be used in a single transaction
- can be used on products and treatments
- are null and void when passed expiry date
- can only be redeemed once
- cannot be used to purchase Gift Vouchers
ADDITIONAL TERMS:
- If your purchase exceeds the Gift Voucher amount, the balance must be paid by another method of payment available in our salon
- Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed
- Bella Brazilian do not accept any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Vouchers
- Bella Brazilian reserves the right to verify the identity of the bearer
- If you need to cancel your appointment (where you intended to pay using your Gift Voucher, please allow 24 hours cancellation notice to alleviate a cancellation fee of 50% of your voucher
- No-show appointments forfeit their voucher
